I’m exhausted from my marathon 24-hour journey across the world. But man oh man, the painful plane ride (especially the Air Canada leg) was worth it. Words fail me; and it’s not just the fatigue!

I’m already madly in love with this place. The smells, the sounds, the sights. Even the weather! Everyone said that it would be unbearably hot, but I seem to be grinning and bearing it in a genuine way! Hee!

I’ve got plenty more to write and share, but I’m about to hit the local grocery store with my kind hosts Gordon and Qui Yin. I guess the food post will have to wait. There will be plenty of them, my fellow epicureans!

In sum, Singapore so far? Glorious.
